As a Moderator, you’ll be responsible for moderating conversations, enforcing our rules, and helping to keep our community a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Responsibilities
- • Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
- • Creatively responding with customised messages when needed.
- • Manage and monitor consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all feedback, comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
- • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
- • Creating and provoking conversations to encourage the community to engage
- • Building a knowledge base for clients’ FAQ’s
- • Build Strong relationship with every customer to increase brand loyalty
